Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking for an entry level HRIS Specialist to join Lenovo HRIS Operations team in the US. We are looking for enthusiastic problem solvers who can apply their skills and constantly improve processes and systems, providing support across various regions. In this role you will learn how to administer and support Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with HR Service Center agent and act as Tier 2 support on production issues for North America, Latin America and EMEA regions.
  • Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot, research as necessary ensuring that users are updated on the status and addressing issues timely.
  • Create or maintain end user training documentation and train HR Service Center agents and users

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR Domain Knowledge
  • Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational skills, communication skills and time management.
  • Good learning ability and working attitude
  • Workday or other HR System Experience
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Problem solving skills
