Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence and attention to detail help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide excellent customer service, all while upholding our core values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the facility and surrounding areas.
• Work collaboratively with facility personnel and visitors to support a secure environment.
• Document security-related incidents and/or issues according to established procedures.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while performing assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
