Are you ready to be a part of theAssetLifecycleManagement(ALM)revolution?This Customer Success Manager positionwill helpenablecommunitiestodesign,build,operate, andmaintaintheirassets andinfrastructurethrough GIS-centric solutions.

What You Will Do:

As aCustomer Success Manager, youwill own the relationship withutilities andlocalgovernment customerstoensure customerretention,contract renewal, drive value and expansion. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with prior experience in GIS,Cityworks,andcustomer/accountmanagement.

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this role willprovidethe everyday technical "touch" like software demos, webinars, emails, phone calls, virtual and on-sitecustomervisits, staffing conferences, and nurturing various Trimble integrationsandcommunications.

  • Increase customer platform usage and adoption

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with the local government customers to drive strategic value

  • Work with customers toestablishcritical goals, keyperformanceindicatorsand aid the customer in achieving their goals and overall vision

  • Manage customer escalations tovarious Trimble teams

  • Develop andmaintaincoreproductknowledgeinCityworks, Trimble Utilities software,andPavement Express

  • TRAVEL:Approximately30-40%.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • BS/BA in business management, GIS, geography, related field

  • Solid knowledge of local or county government

  • Knowledge of Community Development (building permitting processes, code enforcement,business licensing), Public Works and Utilities in municipal and/or utility districts (water, wastewater, stormwater, streets, and traffic)

  • Knowledge ofCityworks,Salesforce CRM and of Esri GIS

  • Prior experience in customer/account management

  • Ability to interact withcustomerteams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
