As a Delivery Lead - Digital Supply Chain, you are responsible for overseeing initiatives that implement digital technologies across all the supply chain functions (procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality & logistics) including Master Data Management (MDM). This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to help ensure digital transformation projects are aligned with strategic objectives, have established governance structures, and are executed effectively across multiple business units. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Drive buy-in from leadership and stakeholders by clearly articulating the vision and benefits of digital transformation initiatives.

  • Lead planning and execution of digital programs across multiple platforms and teams. Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain program scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with digital standards and security protocols.

  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Serve as a point of contact for routine project inquiries and lead risk mitigation efforts.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact on quality, safety, delivery, and cost. Monitor program performance and report progress to senior leadership.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of new processes and technologies. Mitigate resistance and ensure smooth transitions across global teams. Partner with change managers to support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed regarding project developments and changes.

  • Foster a culture of digital fluency and continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging technologies (Agentic AI) and digital trends to maintain competitiveness.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of digital transformation experience across supply chain functions.

  • Ability to travel up to 40%

  • Expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and change management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication & multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and organizational experience.

  • Strong experience working on Supply Chain Processes and Systems (ERP, MES, SPC, etc.)

  • Compensation: $140,000.00-$170,000.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
