Full-Time Commercial Maintenance Technician

Location: Fayetteville, AR | Pay: $25-$28/hr. | Schedule: Monday-Friday

About the Role:

We're hiring a Full-Time Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain commercial properties in Fayetteville. You'll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, roofing, and HVAC. This is a hands-on role with direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks
• Conduct service inspections and maintain building systems
• Use tablet/smartphone technology to log work, submit reports, and track time
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Attend safety training and comply with OSHA standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or trade certification preferred
• 2-5 years maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction services preferred
