Position Overview The Admissions Advisor engages prospective students through highvolume inbound and outbound calls to educate, qualify, and guide them through the admissions process. This is a goaldriven role that requires consistent performance against enrollment metrics, strong time management, and the ability to stay focused and resilient in a fastpaced environment. Advisors conduct structured interviews to understand program interest, scheduling needs, and readiness to enroll, while clearly communicating the value of a Herzing University education. Successful candidates demonstrate persistence, coachability, strong followthrough, and the ability to adapt conversations to achieve enrollment outcomes while ensuring all steps of the process are completed accurately and compliantly. HOURS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The level a final candidate will be hired at will be dependent on qualifications and prior applicable experience. COMPENSATION is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
