Description and Requirements Be part of a team that helps shape people side of Lenovo's Digital Transformation organization. As a member of the Transformation Office (TO), the Change Management Lead will primarily advise on strategic projects, increase organizational change management skills, and be an active member of Lenovo's Change Management Center of Excellence (CM COE). By leaning on your expertise, you will coach project teams to help increase business results and outcomes.Core requirements: * Share change management best practices and techniques to help shape and continually improve the Transformation Office's standards. * Advise colleagues assigned to the change management role on projects to apply change management practices following Lenovo's change management framework and methodology. * Partner with business and project teams to continually improve adoption KPIs while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Ensure all change management project milestones are met with a high level of quality using the TO's project health scorecard. * Effectively communicate and coach on improvement opportunities to the project's core team and assigned change manager. * Lead change management activities to positively affect the speed and extent of adoption, partnering with Core team members. Advise in the coordination of Geo and local change activities (engagement events, meetings, workshops) as necessary.* Maintain multiple communication & education methods to promote CM COE best practices through a variety of platforms (SharePoint, internal company communication channels, etc.).* Promote AI capabilities through coaching to increase efficiency of change management practices to drive change on an individual level. * Integrate AI into TO standards to help elevate the speed and delivery of overall change initiatives. * Confidently lead/coach change management efforts in ambiguous, complex environments.* Engage with senior leadership to regularly assess organizational change management maturity and devise & execute on strategies for continued learning and capability-building. Facilitate the measurement of change readiness - through coaching and project leadership, develop, prioritize, and execute action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps. Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to adoption, training effectiveness, time-to-proficiency, and benefits realization; use data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve solutions. Basic Qualifications: 5 to 7 years of related work experience Project experience with change management activities & assessment execution, experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex global organization. Communication and presentation skills with ability to draft effective business-ready communications to senior stakeholders. Experience in some of the following areas: Culture change, Learning and development, Leadership development, Organization / operating model design, change strategy and journey management, Organizational change capability building. PROSCI or equivalent certification preferred Experience in training coordination would be a plus (i.e. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting). Preferred Qualifications: Previous people leadership experience Bachelor's Degree Experience in multimedia tools and Microsoft Office applications
