Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Client Relationship Manager for our xPO Advantage team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring the successful fulfillment of requirements for managed programs, and driving client satisfaction. Guide a team of client relationship specialists, oversee the day-to-day communication with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to understand and fulfill client hiring needs. Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of client relationship specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Support team members in resolving client and supplier issues and elevating the client and supplier partner experience.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of client hiring needs, ensuring they align with client expectations and contractual commitments. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless delivery, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates, program insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and present performance reports that highlight key metrics and deliverables.
  • Proactively address client concerns or issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve them in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal impact on client operations.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for process enhancements. Share insights with internal teams to refine services and improve program outcomes.

Must also be able to strategically manage accounts with a goal towards continuous improvement, have strong business technical skills, ability to read and understand P&L and deliver strategy to drive revenue and profitability, and have strong presentation skills to respond, develop, and present QBR's and RFP's. We also desire a minimum of 3 years client Management and sales experience, preferably within a service industry, and with a proven track record as well as bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
