ABOUT THE JOB:
As aSales Representative atWillScot,you'llbe working onsite at our new Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters. You will be playing a key role in driving our growth by connecting customers with solutions that truly make a difference in how theyoperate. This is ahigh impactrole for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver real value.
In this role,you'llproactivelyidentifyand pursue new business, partner closely with prospective customers, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.You'lldevelop a strong understanding ofWillScot'sproducts and services and confidently communicate how our solutions help customers solve problems, work smarter, and achieve their goals. Your ability to listen, customize solutions, and articulate value will directly contribute to revenue growth andlong-termcustomer success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Prospect and generate new business:Handle inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach via phone toidentifyand qualify sales opportunities in the territory you are supporting.
- Engage and build relationships with prospective customers: Act as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, challenges, and project requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments andsolution'smatching: Recommendappropriate productsand services tailored to each customer's specific use case.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition: Clearly articulating how solutions solve customer problems and deliver business value.
- Manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline: follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closing activities.
- MaintainaccurateCRM records: Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions, contact details, sales activities, and opportunity notes to ensure visibility and continuity.
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance goals: track progress and adjust your approach as needed to drive results.
- Deliver a strong customer experience: Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a smooth handoff through the sales and fulfillment process.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate: With both internal and fieldleadership& colleagues.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School degree
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work out of the Scottsdale, AZ office Mon-Fri during business hours
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong relationship building and customer service mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Proactive and ownership driven mindset
- Previous phone sales experience (don't worry - if you don't have it, we will train you!)
