Job Description Step into the heart of New Orleans' vibrant French Quarter as the General Manager of the iconic Omni Royal Orleans Hotel. This premier luxury property blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering guests an unforgettable experience in one of the world's most dynamic cities. As General Manager, you will lead a passionate team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and oversee all aspects of operations-from financial performance to sales, service, and associate engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a landmark hotel, where every decision contributes to the energy, culture, and legacy of New Orleans hospitality at its finest. This position functions as the primary, strategic business leader of the Omni Royal Orleans, responsible for all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation intended to deliver a return on investment to ownership. The General Manager leads a team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies and ensures implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives, with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. In addition, the General Manager builds relationships with key customers and members through personal involvement in the sales process. The position ensures Omni Hotels & Resorts sales channels are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities, when appropriate, to generate demand.
