As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Specialist in Dalton, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or hazards.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely logs and reports of all security-related activities.
• Adhere to all company and client policies while representing Allied Universal in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
