CLA is currently seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join our Enterprise IT Team

How you'll create opportunities as an Agile Delivery Lead with CLA:

Leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation by shaping organizational culture and partnering with senior leadership. They drive the adoption, scaling, and integration of Agile practices, mentor coaches, and design frameworks that embed Lean-Agile principles throughout the organization. They develop strategies that enable systemic agility, continuous improvement, and innovation at scale.

Essential Job Functions

  • Shape the Agile mindset across the enterprise embedding principles into culture and strategy.
  • Advise on framework selection and scaling strategies; integrate practices across programs and portfolios; mentor coaches and leaders.
  • Lead enterprise Agile transformation programs, influencing structure, processes, and leadership alignment.
  • Develop coaching strategies for teams and leaders; mentor Agile Coaches and build organizational capability.
  • Establish facilitation standards for enterprise events and workshops, coach leaders in advanced techniques.
  • Drive organizational learning and experimentation, design improvement initiatives and measurement systems.
  • Create Agile measurement systems; guide leadership on metrics strategy and data-driven decisions.
  • Build systemic collaboration frameworks to break down silos and enable cross-functional alignment.
  • Influence conflict resolution culture; coach leaders to embed psychological safety and resolve systemic issues.
  • Promote innovation and experimentation organization-wide; secure strategic support for Agile-driven innovation.
  • Shape enterprise tool strategy and governance; integrate tools for visibility and automation.
  • Lead development of Agile capability strategies, talent programs, and communities of practice
  • *Communicate Agile vision and strategy across the organization, influence executive priorities and stakeholder alignment.

Experience

6 years of relevant experience required. Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework.

  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira or a similar technology to manage work and track progress. Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile). Experience coaching teams and leaders, leading Agile transformations, and running workshops. Familiar with DevOps practices and value stream mapping.

Education

*Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree; Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
