Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4 Fulfillment Specialists.
  • Manage daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, lead-time management, replenishment management, monitoring shipping and delivery times, customer survey analysis, and detractor analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales support, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as order to ship times, on-time delivery, and customer promise dates as well as doing thorough detractor analysis on these KPI's.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the fulfillment process.
  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve performance goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • proficicient in power BI, Microsoft excel
