Join Nokia as a Senior Software Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging customer needs with innovative R&D solutions. You will collaborate closely with business management to understand customer requirements and identify critical feature gaps, working alongside fellow architects to ensure precise and comprehensive requirement definition. Your responsibilities will include authoring detailed requirements for a subset of features and providing essential support in resolving customer-found issues.   • Serve as a primary contact for Business Management regarding customer requests and functional gaps.
  • Write requirements for both customer-facing and internal features.
  • Collaborate with other architects to ensure requirements are accurately defined.
  • Support customers during outages or critical support issues to help identify problems.



You have:



  • Master's degree in Computer Science or an applicable related field. 15+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Nokia IMS products.
  • Previous experience and proven ability to write detailed requirements for R&D teams.
  • Expertise in C/C++, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Ability to provide support to customers during outages or critical support situations.
