Position Overview:

The Director of MBA and MHA programs is responsible for leading all aspects of these programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of academic excellence and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Curriculum Development:

    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the MBA and MHA curricula to ensure alignment with industry trends and employer needs.
    • Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies into the programs.


  2. Enrollment Management:

    • Work closely with the marketing and enrollment teams to develop and implement effective strategies to increase student enrollment.
    • Analyze market trends and student feedback to identify opportunities for program growth and enhancement.


  3. Faculty Management:

    • Recruit, hire, and manage faculty and adjunct instructors, ensuring they are supported and equipped to deliver high-quality education.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages professional development and academic excellence.


  4. Budget and Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support program goals.
    • Oversee the awarding of scholarships to attract and retain talented students.


  5. Accreditation and Compliance:

    • Ensure programs meet all accreditation standards and requirements, preparing for and managing accreditation reviews and assessments.
    • Stay informed about changes in accreditation standards and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.


  6. Strategic Planning and Forecasting:

    • Conduct enrollment forecasting and strategic planning to align program offerings with institutional goals and market demand.
    • Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the reputation and competitiveness of the programs.


  7. Student and Alumni Engagement:

    • Foster strong relationships with current students and alumni, creating opportunities for networking, mentorship, and career development.
    • Organize events and initiatives that promote student engagement and community involvement.


  8. Additional Duties:

    • Represent the programs at university events, conferences, and industry meetings.
    • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support interdisciplinary initiatives and partnerships.




Qualifications:



  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field; Doctorate is preferred.
  • Proven experience in academic program management, preferably within MBA or health administration programs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate faculty, staff, and students.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes and standards.
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
