Job Summary Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Business Transformation, the Director - Growth and Transformation serves in a dynamic leadership role, combining the growth, transofrmation, and integration needs of Prisma Health, working with our operational leaders throughout the organization. The Director - Growth and Transformation will serve as a lifecycle methodology expert for integration and standardization of transaction-related processes. This team member is responsible for management and oversight of the below activities for any new services, new strategic partnerships and system growth activities. They will lead all growth efforts related to onboarding of new partners to include:Synergy and FIT Assessment - Evaluates potential cultural alignment, operational synergies and financial benefit and savings opportunities Pre-Integration and Integration Planning - Converts due diligence and assessment into actionable plans, resulting in a successful day one, ensuring active team member engagement and a smooth transition. Integration Exectuion - lead a team of individuals that help integrate partners/organizations to realize value and ensure full organizational alignment - One Prisma Performance Optimization - drive further synergy gains and partner with performance improvement experts to continue to drive and enhance value from the integration. Focusing on bringing synergies and standardization in the system, this team member will drive initiatives forward by utilizing project management skills. Responsible for facilitation and oversight of all related activities. The Director is responsible for developing standard best practices for the system, educating on those best practices, implemeting and monitoring adherance. This role is both strategic and tactical, with a major concentration on internal/partner communication, change management, engagement, and continuous opportunity identification for standardization across all of the Prisma Health enterprise. There is strong partnership and collaboration with strategic,operational and clinical leaders across all areas of business. This individual supports new program development to facilitate patient-centered innovation, integration, and optimization throughout the organization. The success fo this role relies on strong and collaborative relationships throughout Prisma Health. This team member must think both strategically and tactically to design and improve workflows, encouraging innovation and best practices at all times. He/she must constantly balance the needs of and impact on practitioners, team members, patients, and other stakeholders throughout the organization with the limitations of software as well as have the fortitude and insight to encourage vendors toward continuous improvement of the platforms used by Prisma Health. Ultimately, this team member serves as an advisor throughout all areas of the organization, ensuring proper guidance is provided in a collaborative manner with team members at all levels in the organization. Given the responsible areas of this role, this role requires 30-50% travel amongst Prisma Health's Service Areas. Essential Functions
