CRBC (Crisis Response and Bridge Clinic) - Clinical Team Lead OP Mental Health Full Time 87029BR Job Summary The Clinical Team Lead provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the Crisis Response and Bridge Clinic. This role supports the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equity-centered behavioral health services to youth and families referred from the Emergency Department (ED), primary care, and other acute care settings. We are committed to delivering culturally accountable, evidence based, and trauma informed behavioral health care to the children in our community, including those with the highest risk and need, and those who are marginalized or underserved. Behavioral health care services aim to be the premier behavioral health care institution for children in northern California, with proficiency in clinical care, training, research and evaluation and policy. The Bridge Clinic offers short-term, stabilization-focused care (typically up to 6-12 weeks) designed to address acute needs, reduce ED utilization, and facilitate successful connection to ongoing community services.
