Your Job

The Koch CFO organization's Investment team is seeking a Financial Reporting & Data Strategy Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will create value for the organization as a primary business partner supporting the Investment team in financial analysis and reporting matters. The position will work with the Investment and Treasury teams to ensure investment cashflows and liquidity are properly monitored and reported accurately. We are seeking economic thinkers and highly motivated, self-driven individuals.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and accurately report cashflows and other liquidity reporting for the Investment team, ensuring appropriate communication across all impacted groups
  • Business partner for the Investment team, including but not limited to, SG&A analysis, reviewing investment balances, forecasting analysis and other financial metrics
  • Provide additional ad-hoc information and analysis within the Investment team and to other capabilities across the organization (business finance, treasury, tax, etc.)
  • Seek and share knowledge, identify opportunities for process improvements and/or automation, challenge the status quo, and propose solutions
  • Steward the data strategy of the group and promote the use of new technologies, learning new systems, and improving processes through automation
  • Advance the Principle-Based Management culture within the team by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Data Strategy and Analysis, Accounting, Investments, or similar role
  • Understanding of integrated financial systems, complex accounting systems and database structure
  • Experience evaluating information and challenging appropriately, and identifying process improvement opportunities through use of technology and/or automation
  • Experience collaborating to build working relationships and bridge gaps between partners

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related field
  • CGMA, CMA or CPA
  • SAP, Infor, orother large ERP, integrated accounting system experience
  • OneStream, HFM, or other accounting consolidation reporting system experience
  • Experience with Excel macros, SQL/VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and/or other data manipulation and visualization tools
