Description
Come and work with the best in the business! The IPS PowerServe team is looking for a top-talent NETA Account Manager who thrives on technical excellence and delivering mission-critical solutions. Our ideal teammate operates with a strong drive to win in a complex, fast-moving environment-someone who understands the demands of electrical testing, maintenance, and reliability services, and who isn't afraid to ask for help to deliver the best outcome for our customers. At IPS, we are a tier above our competition in the electrical power services sector. Success here requires a blend of technical understanding of NETA standards, electrical distribution equipment, testing methodologies, and system reliability, paired with the curiosity and adaptability to support customers across industrial, utility, and commercial sectors. We're seeking teammates who bring disciplined execution, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset to every interaction. Strong time management, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical findings into customer value are essential. We encourage continuous learning-whether it's diving deeper into codes and standards, asking detailed questions about system conditions, or challenging assumptions to uncover smarter, safer, and more innovative solutions. If you're motivated by outperforming competitors and delivering best-in-class service backed by NETA-aligned expertise, you'll excel here! Responsibilities & Expectations: The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for selling IPS products and technical services to new and existing clients across the Power Management division.
