What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years' experience in assembly, production, or automation
• Associate degree in electronics, electro-mechanical automation, or equivalent experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-driven
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to build and run basic test setups.
• Focused on accuracy and speed
• Comfortable reading technical documents, drawings, and work instructions
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and test-related software.

What You'll Own:

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
• Execute both manual and automated system-level tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Utilize measurement and testing equipment effectively.
• Interpret test results and communicate findings to team leads or supervisors.
• Recommend improvements based on test data and performance observations.
• Keep things safe and efficient
