We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Analyst for a temporary assignment opportunity with our client. In this hybrid role, you will support the Strategic Sourcing team by drafting and processing Statements of Work (SOWs), reviewing purchase requisitions, and ensuring all sourcing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This position requires strong contract knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist in drafting, reviewing, and processing new and renewal Statements of Work (SOWs).

  Review purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual terms.

  
  
• 
  

  Partner with internal stakeholders to gather required information and resolve discrepancies.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure all documents and workflows comply with company sourcing policies and standards.

  
  
• 
  

  Track contract statuses, approvals, and renewal timelines to maintain continuity of services.

  
  
• 
  

  Support improvements to contract management processes and requisition workflows.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  
  
• 
  

  1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or sourcing support.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong understanding of indirect sourcing processes, SOWs, and purchase requisition workflows.

  
  
• 
  

  Hands-on experience drafting and executing contracts and collaborating with internal business partners.

  
  
• 
  

  Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a regulated environment.

  
  

Preferred:

• 
  

  Experience using Ariba or similar e-sourcing platforms.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent analytical and communication skills.
