We are looking for energetic engineer ready to develop the next iteration of industry leading Commercial Vehicles. The Systems Engineering team is responsible to intake development requests and process those through our Systems Engineering teams to deliver reliable, robust and industry leading features. This role will be a front seat to the entire development process of customer requests to product execution in vehicles. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective to DTNA with a hunger for diving into our development process and having their fingerprints on all our products.

We Take Care of Our Team

Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000 - $91,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.

What You Drive at DTNA:

  • Work with cross functional stake holders to ensure all requirements for our products are understood, tracked and properly assigned to the responsible engineer

  • Develop analytics to show the progress of System and Feature development for all DTNA products

  • Aid in robust requirement authoring best practices

  • Proactively engage in process improvement

  • Become a subject matter expert in our System Engineering Development process

  • Work closely with System Owners to ensure their deliverables are captured and linked properly throughout the DTNA requirement capture tool chain

  • Generate robust templates for project tracking deliverables

Knowledge You Should Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited University

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience working within an Engineering organization

  • Ability to prioritize work to ensure the highest value activities are delivered on time

  • Demonstrates initiative to solving problems and providing future thinking solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-department colleagues in test, manufacturing, purchasing and product development teams.

  • Proficient communication in verbal and written form

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stake holders

  • Experience using MS Office Suite of Tools

Exceptional Candidates Might Have:

  • Experience using Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) requirements capturing tool

  • Data analyst experience preparing and presenting data

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering
