We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.

Smart Completions Turnover Lead

Play an integral role in advancing Worley's digital-first commissioning strategy by helping project teams work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. As our Hexagon Smart Completions Turnover Lead, you support global projects in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes-while contributing to Worley's mission of driving sustainable solutions across the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the Hexagon Smart Completions (HSC) platform to ensure consistent, accurate, and seamless commissioning workflows. You work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, maintain system integrity, track financial milestones, and help project teams fully leverage the value of digital completions tools. This role directly supports the Worley DAC-1 Pre-Commissioning Team and strengthens Worley's commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Smart Completions Tool & Digital Workflow Management

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Hexagon Smart Completions platform for the DAC-1 project and other assigned projects.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HSC, offering guidance, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and turnover packages (TOP), ensuring consistency and usability across project teams.
  • Establish best practices for system usage while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance tool functionality and ensure accurate systemization, asset hierarchy, and task allocation.

Commissioning & Project Support

  • Standardize and integrate commissioning processes by embedding HSC across commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Liaise with discipline engineers to coordinate delivery schedules, review job cards, test forms, and documentation, and validate engineering data for accuracy.
  • Track progress, punch lists, and compliance with project standards to support smooth project handover from construction to operations.
  • Provide day-to-day training and support to project teams to drive confident, consistent platform adoption.

Financial Milestone Management

  • Monitor and track financial milestones related to commissioning phases to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Collaborate with finance, commissioning, and project management teams to support accurate reporting and cost control.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that contribute to improving financial performance and milestone predictability.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Generate and maintain S-curves, dashboards, and progress reports using HSC and related tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Share lessons learned, document improvements, and promote knowledge transfer across projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, implement efficiencies, and support Worley's broader digital transformation objectives.
