Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts. We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will be responsible for leading the full punch list and preservation management process across complex projects-from fabrication through commissioning and start-up. You ensure that project teams stay aligned, documentation remains accurate, systems are protected, and all work meets the operational, safety, and quality expectations required to bring facilities online with confidence. This role strengthens the reliability and longevity of assets while supporting Worley's broader mission to deliver sustainable solutions across the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

  • Review and interpret vendor documentation, drawings, schematics, and manuals to guide commissioning progress.
  • Identify and resolve work challenges to help teams complete assignments efficiently and safely.
  • Support safety goals through the development of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and application of Permit to Work procedures.
  • Maintain strong communication channels across departments, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
  • Coordinate daily field activities and maintain thorough records for reporting and future reference.

Preservation Leadership

  • Develop and implement project-specific preservation plans in alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Define preservation needs for equipment, materials, and systems based on technical specifications and environmental conditions.
  • Establish and maintain preservation procedures, guidelines, and best practices across the project.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to track preservation activities from receipt through installation and commissioning.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and strengthen asset longevity.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams, subcontractors, and vendors regarding preservation methods and materials.
  • Engage with clients and regulatory bodies to address preservation-related inquiries and requirements.
