We are seeking an Associate Finance Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. As an Associate Finance Analyst, you will support strategic initiatives by delivering in-depth financial analysis and quantifying the impact of key projects. You will explore the drivers of our business, develop meaningful performance metrics, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Your expertise will help guide the organization toward achieving enterprise objectives and optimizing profitability. From leading cross-functional projects to preparing forecasts and analyzing industry trends in manufacturing, recycling, and sales, you will be at the center of critical business decisions. You will engage in complex research, assessing factors such as rate of return, working capital, depreciation, and investment performance. Your recommendations will shape project strategies, departmental budgets, and long-term planning models.
