As an Assembler, you'll contribute to the manufacturing, assembly, and distribution of high-quality medical products in a regulated environment. Pay and Hours

Hourly Pay: $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Onsite, entry-level

Key Responsibilities

Production & Assembly



  • Issue, track, and review Manufacturing Work Order (LHR) documentation for accuracy and traceability
  • Assemble and manufacture products according to approved operating procedures
  • Perform label printing, initial packaging, and final packaging as required
  • Prepare product samples for sterilization and lot release testing
  • Conduct self-inspection to ensure adherence to quality and workmanship standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all safety, corporate, and production procedures
  • Conduct environmental monitoring including viable/non-viable particulate counting and surface microbial testing


Inventory, Receiving & Distribution



  • Process incoming materials and inventory transactions in the MRP system
  • Manage product returns and associated documentation
  • Perform cycle counting and report inventory levels for financial reconciliation
  • Prepare shipments with required documentation, adhering to all internal and export regulations
  • Assist with inspections as needed


Quality Systems Compliance



  • Maintain strict adherence to FDA QMSR (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485, and internal quality requirements
  • Integrate quality practices into all aspects of work

Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level, <2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality preferred
  • Experience in regulated environments or compliance-driven processes is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
