Temporary Document Migration - Wealth Management Department

Location: Coral Gables, FL

Type: Temporary - 3 Months

About the Role:
Join our Wealth Management team and play a key role in our digital transformation! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with migrating and digitizing critical financial documents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to wealth management operations while contributing to a high-impact project.

Responsibilities:

Digitize and organize financial documents accurately.

Migrate files securely into digital systems.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the process.
Ensure proper indexing for easy retrieval and future use.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of document management systems and scanning tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or coursework in Business/Finance is a plus).
An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
