Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks Senior Services Engagement Director in Menlo Park, CA.**Telecommuting allowed for this position.** Job Description:Manage customer needs, challenges, and expected business outcomes, as well as providing them with Genesys solutions. Plan and direct the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, and ensure the networks security of the company. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and customer buying strategies to negotiate and close business deals. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Conduct client communication to ensure customers are constantly up-to-date on the Genesys offerings and effectively demonstrate base functionality. Research new technology and look for ways to upgrade our computer systems. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, including trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Telecommuting allowed for this position. Minimum Qualifications:The position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related occupation. The position requires any amount of experience in: Experience generating over $5M annual revenue; Experience in value selling Telecom & Information Technology areas; Experience in engaging with large multi-national clients, including Fortune 100 and 500 ones; Experience in building and implementing an account development plan; Experience in building and maintaining excellent long-lasting relationship with customer stakeholders; Experience in program and delivery management delivering large complex projects in niche technologies; and Certifications required in PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Telecommuting allowed for this position. Salary range: $165,000.00 to $175,000.00 Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $122,100.00 - $226,900.00Benefits:
