Cash Management Analyst

Cash Management Analyst will perform Cash Management and financial functions associated with all Electric Boat contracts.

Cash Management responsibilities include issuing month-end and interim invoices for various contracts; a working understanding of all contract modifications, both financial & administrative; keeping up to-date contract funding profiles; maintaining Oracle ERP billing setups.

Financial responsibilities include performance measurement and various analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Required:

B.S. or B.A. in a business discipline
• 4+ years of related experience in Contracts, Program Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Military
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred:

• Practical experience in the use of pivot tables
• Experience with Oracle EBS
• Working knowledge of EB Systems and processes
• Experience with Government Contracts and FAR/DFARS regulations
• Experience using Earned Value Management

• The candidate must be interested in analyzing data with minimum supervision.
• Good oral and writing skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• Candidate should possess a considerable amount of initiative and organizational skills.
• Have a positive demeanor and be comfortable working in a constructive, team oriented manner.
