Description Job Title: Retail Store Service Associate Summary: We are seeking a Retail Store Service Associate to deliver an exceptional sales and service experience in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, supporting store operations, and ensuring a welcoming and organized store atmosphere. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers, ensuring timely connection to sales consultants. * Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions. * Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking products. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and demo devices are fully functional. * Perform operational and administrative tasks, including generating daily reports. * Comply with all company policies and procedures. * Participate in training and team meetings to enhance knowledge and performance. Requirements: * 1-3 years of retail or related experience. * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a high-volume environment. * Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules. * Proficiency in MS Office applications preferred. * Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance required. Additional Information: * This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism and integrity. * Must be technology-savvy and able to learn a broad range of products. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brunswick, ME. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
