Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Manages complex marketing initiatives focused customer connectivity and the application of AI

* Motivates others to share in project challenges and inspires them to achieve project goals while constructively evaluating their performance

* Delivers project communication on complicated projects and issues in an easily understood simplified style to any audience

* Delivers project results through leadership and influence rather than authority and control; leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills

* Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation

* Represents the projects/program and its objectives in all governance and gating forums

* Identifies solutions for complex issues typically involving enterprise-level considerations

* Drives project execution. Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements

* Directs strategic project/programs of high complexity and impact

* Manages high complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others

Skills

* Comfort with ambiguity, leading high complexity projects independently

* Ability to work collaboratively across teams, find intersection points and see the bigger picture

* Ability to create and implement a vision, with a bias for action and organization that drives results

* Expert in written and verbal communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
