POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Summary
The Recognition Coordinator supports the administration and delivery of Trilogy's enterprise-wide recognition programs. This role serves as a primary point of contact for routine recognition inquiries and provides front-line technical support. This position works closely with the compensation team to ensure recognition programs are administered consistently and aligned with internal guidelines to promote a culture of appreciation throughout Trilogy.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Serves as a point of contact for routine recognition-related questions and escalates complex issues as needed.
* Provides technical support for the STARS platform, including password resets, profile assistance, order troubleshooting, and program navigation.
* Monitors, manages, and resolves STARS ServiceNow queue tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
* Helps coordinate enterprise-wide recognition initiatives in partnership with people managers.
* Solicits O' Great One (OGO) nominations for campuses and Home Office; partners with the Events team to coordinate celebration logistics and recognition communications.
* Assists in the development, documentation, and maintenance of end-user procedures, job aids, and guidelines for recognition programs.
* Maintains accurate records related to recognition programs, including eligibility lists, program participation, and tracking logs.
* Supports recognition program audits, reporting, and data validation to ensure consistency and compliance with program standards.
* Partners with Employee Services, Payroll, and campus leaders to ensure recognition rewards are administered accurately and aligned with internal guidelines.
* Supports recognition education and communication efforts across the organization, including drafting leader-facing messaging and quick-reference materials.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education: High School / GED
Experience: 0-1 years

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
