As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed, maintaining a courteous and approachable demeanor.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and the client location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
