Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Executive Search, Full Desk Recruiter for our Professional Services team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is sales and service for assigned market, focusing specifically on executive search professional level positions falling within the accounting/finance, marketing, creative, human resources, supply chain, logistics, operations, and administrative support verticals. This role performs both the sales and recruiting functions.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • This role performs both the sales and recruiting functions, individuals will be required to self-generate executive search roles.
  • Responsible for maintenance of their own book of business through development of business prospects into clients while simultaneously managing and satisfying the fulfillment of opportunities within their book of business.
  • Business development, including prospecting and closing new business while expanding footprint within assigned client for executive search roles.
  • Solicits executive search job orders from customers. Confers and consults with management, staff, and operations personnel to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Recruits, screens, interviews, qualifies, and refers candidates for direct hire openings based on an understanding of predetermined criteria provided by the customer company.
  • Submitting candidates to clients and facilitating client interview process through scheduling of interviews, assessing, and negotiating offers on behalf of the client.

  • Negotiates rates, payment schedules, and terms and conditions of the agreement with the customer.
  • Ensures written agreements containing all the agreed upon terms and conditions are prepared, delivered to the customer, and properly executed.

KPI and metric driven, holds high standards for performance and to exceed goals. Technical Capacity including Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel).
