Job Summary

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing training, quality assurance processes, and compliance within low voltage cabling operations. This role ensures that installation procedures, documentation, and production methods meet current standards and that all personnel receive effective training and skills verification. The position supports continuous improvement, operational consistency, and adherence to safety and quality expectations.

Job Responsibilities




  • Deliver high-quality training to installation personnel



  • Inspect procedures, specifications, methods, and installation or production results



  • Review project and task records for accuracy and completeness



  • Ensure use of the most current corporate quality procedures and installation standards



  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with regulations and standards



  • Support demand planning and contribute to effective scheduling



  • Provide timely reports and trend analysis to management



  • Apply best practices to improve operational performance



  • Follow all relevant safety rules, guidelines, and procedures




Job Requirements




  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing project activities within the low voltage cabling sector



  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email



  • Strong communication skills



  • Solid understanding of building systems




Education
