OTOP CM Program Coordinator Psych-ZSFG-Adult-SAAM Full Time 87048BR Job Summary Under the general supervision of the OTOP Medical Director and OTOP CM Program Supervisor, guided by policies and procedures of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and the Opiate Treatment Outpatient Program's Recovery Incentives Program, the OTOP CM Program Coordinator at OTOP will assist the licensed/certified CM Program Supervisor, OTOP counselors, and medical staff in the support, coordination, and care of patients with opioid use disorder and stimulant use disorder as it pertains to OTOP's participation in the State of California, Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Recovery Incentives Program. The OTOP CM Program Coordinator will play a critical role in the patient experience including optimizing patient flow and working collaboratively with the team to create a patient centered environment. The employee will attend trainings and weekly program coaching; orient patients to the program including the explanation of incentives; collect, analyze, and document point of care urine drug screens; support delivery of incentives; order routine program supplies; assist in keeping the clinic clean and orderly; assist in the care and maintenance of equipment and supplies; assist in patient and program scheduling; patient check-in and check-out; and answer and return phone-calls as necessary as the main point of contact for all program patients. The OTOP CM Program Coordinator will assist the medical director, counseling team, and program supervisor with referring patients for further treatment for substance use disorder. The OTOP CM Program Coordinator will actively communicate with program staff patient participation, results and clinically necessary information as well as participate in tracking quality improvement and quality assurance activities by participating in interviews, focus groups, and surveys around program implementation and ongoing activities. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.63 - $36.99 (Hourly Rate). DSAAM provides medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder through the Opiate Treatment Outpatient Program (OTOP) at Ward 93 as, the mobile methadone van in the Bayview-Hunter's Point neighborhood, a novel primary care-based methadone treatment program, and the Office-based buprenorphine Induction Clinic (OBIC).
