The Sr. Manager, Professional Services is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our software solutions to clients. The scope of this job includes ensuring satisfaction of contractual obligations, as well as achievement of targets related to revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complex client projects, ensure timely and in-scope task completion, and develop and implement strategic plans for resource allocation and project adjustments that align with broader business objectives.
  • Manage high-stakes client engagements by maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, address issues, and proactively manage expectations to increase client satisfaction.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, and monitor and manage team utilization to ensure optimal productivity across projects
  • Implement and advocate for innovative solutions that streamline workflows and align with strategic business goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and client communications, and provide insightful updates to senior management by highlighting key performance metrics, strategic risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the book of business with key clients, collaborating with sales to propose additional services.
  • Provide guidance and training by developing or updating of job aids and shaping best practices.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 6-8 years relevant work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant management work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
