We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled eCommerce Strategy Manager to join our cross functional group of dedicated digital leaders, driving a major part of our business. This position sits across all our divisions, advancing the entire Nestle USA organization for eCommerce and Omnichannel capabilities & world class analytics. This role is critical to having best in class eCommerce and Digital capabilities & reporting at scale to drive growth and profitability. The eCommerce Strategy and Capabilities Manager will have a deep understanding of eCommerce and Retailer trends, consumer and shopper behavior, and digital marketing strategies, and be able to to quickly turn new knowledge into scalable company-wide intelligence and actions.

This role blendsstrategic leadership and hands-on analytics execution- ideal for someone who can move fluidly between pulling data, building stories, coaching, and influencing senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and deploy and lead Nestle's eCommerce Capabilities team and its roadmap, including its ambition, goals, prioritization, process documentation, implementation and integration to drive world-class ecommerce excellence for Nestle USA.
  • Own and drive regular eCommerce reporting across sales, share and digital shelf performance from executive-to-executor levels, getting right data at the right level, to make business choices to drive stronger online outcomes
  • Upskill the Nestle USA organization in eCommerce capabilities, principles, process, and strategy, rolling out communication plans on capabilities status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Identify and clearly articulate business challenges and recommend solutions, tools, and capabilities that will drive value across the Nestle USA divisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, commercial development, strategic revenue management, finance, and digital technology, to ensure that capability goals are aligned with business objectives. Including our Global and Zone-level eCommerce teams to learn, leverage, and share best practices

Advance eCommerce Analytics Capabilities

  • Partner with enterprise and external partners to push the boundaries of how we measure eCommerce performance and improve our analytic tools
  • Identify analytics and measurement capability gaps and help lead initiatives to close them

Help Build the Future of eCommerce Measurement

  • Serve as subject matter expert for eCommerce KPIs, analytic frameworks, data, and tools
  • Coach and train teams across the business to better use eCommerce data and analytics to shape strategy and execution
  • Help evolve the Nestle USA eCommerce measurement playbook and reporting ecosystem

What You'll Bring

  • Strong analytical acumen - skilled at framing business questions and able to synthesize complex data from multiple sources, structure it into a clear analytic framework, and translate into actionable insights and recommendations. Attention to detail to drive high data-confidence in our reporting.
  • High curiosity, with a passion for being hands-on - comfortable diving into data while leading and coaching others in analytics best practices.
  • Experience with syndicated and eCommerce data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Scintilla, Circana, Profitero, Stackline, Instacart) and retail media performance measurement
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to simplify at a high level, influence senior stakeholders, and partner across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for turning insights into compelling stories that enable confident decision-making
  • A bias for action - continuously seeking to improve measurement, analytics, and business performance
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
  • The agility to lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are documented and completed on time, within budget, key metrics are aligned and tracked, and tying it back to the organizational priorities and planning processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, insights, Commercial Sales, or performance marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of retail and digital performance metrics, KPIs, and frameworks
  • Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven narratives
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and timeliness in delivering insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPG or CPG retailer experience
  • Experience with syndicated, retailer data, digital shelf, and retail media data and platforms (e.g. Nielsen, Scintilla, Circana, Amazon Vendor Central, Profitero, Stackline, 84.51 etc.)
