Job Summary The Paid Media Specialist will support social campaign execution, ad management, and performance optimization to increase ticket sales and revenue for AEG Presents portfolio events. This individual primarily collaborates with the media team, marketers, and external media partners to fulfill campaign needs involving quality assurance for strategy, creative, audience targeting, and performance measurement. Essential Functions
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snap Chat, etc.), ensuring targeting tactics are optimized against relevant performance objectives.
- Oversee operational and project management tasks (e.g., QA ad deliverables, creative trafficking, measurement implementation, etc.) while enforcing workflow processes to ensure campaigns are follow best practices and adhere to deadlines.
- Generate reporting for performance insight, and clearly communicate results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key metrics.
- Stay up to date on media and data trends, identify testing opportunities for ad performance while strengthening relationships with media partners.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) In Marketing or related field
- 2-4 years Of related work experience
- 2+ year of experience executing paid social campaigns in agency or brand capacity.
- Understanding of paid social platforms, measurement and supporting technology: Facebook & Instagram (Meta), Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat
- Proficient in using Excel, analyzing datasets, and developing insights to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of campaigns and communications in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
- Proven technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Passion for live events is preferred.
Payscale:$57,332 - $81,112.50 Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
