Your Job At Molex, a global leader in connectivity solutions, we're seeking a Validation Engineer to create and execute detailed test plans (DVP&R) that meet automotive industry standards. You'll coordinate with global labs to ensure smooth test execution, lead test teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear feedback to design engineers. This role demands strong leadership and project management skills, including guiding and mentoring test lab personnel, organizing and tracking milestones, and delivering results on time. You will communicate effectively with cross-functional teams-design engineers, customers, and suppliers-to provide clear and timely status updates and technical summaries. An analytical mindset is essential to review test results, identify anomalies, and drive process or design improvements. You will also apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot testing challenges and implement corrective actions. Through your expertise and continuous improvement efforts, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality products that set industry benchmarks. For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000-$105,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
