About the job

As a Senior Meeting Planner, you will masterfully coordinate logistics for patient ambassador programs, seamlessly executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. With exceptional customer service skills, you will collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver flawless program experiences. Your attention to detail and communication expertise will shine as you manage vendors, budgets, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

A day in the life

  • Manage medical education events, including logistics, compliance, and budgeting.
  • Recruit and coordinate with HCPs/KOLs, including travel and contract management.
  • Oversee venue selection, hotel logistics, and third-party vendor management.
  • Process speaker payments, track costs, and maintain program financials.
  • Ensure compliance with PhRMA code, Sunshine Act, and client-specific Open Payments reporting.
  • Coordinate program execution, including Zoom meetings, correspondence, and materials, to ensure successful events.

What will you need:

  • Bachelor's degree, with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical meetings and events.
  • Familiarity with Cvent, HMCC, or CMP certifications (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage vendors, budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Workfront, and Cvent.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple programs, and provide excellent client service.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and accurately, and take responsibility for actions and decisions.

Salary range for this position is: $70,000-$95,000
