Intern - Development/Operations

LCOR is currently seeking an Intern to join our Development and Operations Team in New York, NY. Internship runs from June 2026 through July 2026.

You will be based out of the LCOR New York office, and your position may require travel. It is anticipated that your internship will provide you with exposure to various departments within LCOR including Development, Acquisitions, Investment Management and Property Management which is subject to change.

Interested candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office/Word/Excel and Argus
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
