What You Can Expect As our Manager of Project Delivery, you will be a key leader within the ENGIE Capital Projects team at Georgetown University, responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects that sustain and expand the University's utility infrastructure. You'll oversee all aspects of project execution-from design and procurement to construction and commissioning-ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This position supports ENGIE's 50-year partnership with Georgetown University to operate, maintain, and enhance the campus utility systems. You'll lead a team of project managers and coordinators executing multi-disciplinary projects across chilled water, steam, electrical, HVAC, and renewable energy systems-ranging from lifecycle renewals to major system expansions. No two days are the same. You'll balance portfolio management with hands-on leadership, guiding project teams, engaging with contractors, and collaborating closely with University stakeholders. Your success will be measured by how well projects transition from planning to operations-delivered with zero safety incidents, full compliance, and measurable performance value to the campus. Compensation Salary Range: $136,680 - $209,480 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
