Security Officer - Tech/Media Patrols

As a Security Officer - Tech/Media Patrols in Peachtree Corners, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client protocols while adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
