Job Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Madison's Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) is responsible for administration of the extramural A successful applicant will assist in the management of the University's sponsored projects by facilitating the operations and processes related to acceptance and set-up of extramural award grant and contracts. The acceptance and set-up of a research award is a high profile, Primary responsibilities include:
Office of Vice Chancellor for Research (OVCR), Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP), Pre-Award, Award Acceptance and Set-Up Team Compensation:The starting salary for this position is $63,000 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This position will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, competitively priced health/dental/vision/life insurance, tax-advantaged retirement savings accounts, and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) pension fund. Required Qualifications:- Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and have independent decision-making. - Experience with sponsored project award management. Education:Bachelor's Degree Required, Degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable.
