Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales professional to support key accounts by managing order processing, expediting, and customer communication. The successful candidate will focus on delivering excellent service to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Accurately process and acknowledge orders, ensuring timely communication and delivery.
* Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to expedite orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Prioritize urgent requests and find alternative solutions if primary vendors are unable to meet demand.
* Light warehouse duties (shipping/receiving).
* Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, learn new skills, and enhance product knowledge.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A continuous learning attitude, with a willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
* Experience driving forklift is a plus.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lb

Working Conditions:
* Primarily office-based with occasional visits to customer locations.
* Frequent use of computers and phones
