The AI Solution Architect Leads multiple team members across one or more workstreams in complex enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key stakeholders to create and achieve the vision while executing on strategies and key deliverables. They serve as advisors to the hands-on team members, coaching in execution and solution best practices. The AI Solution Architect has demonstrated proven expertise in technical knowledge or cross-cloud Salesforce product knowledge with multiple years of industry experience, consulting experience, and expert level knowledge of their client's business to deliver customer ROI. The Architect Leads all platform configuration activities and is a key point of contact for the overall solution - they own the final state vision.
