Chef Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Chinese Food in Cantonese Style, including unique sauce featuring Cantonese Food Style. Develop new dishes, plan and price menu items, order supplies, keep records and accounts, and manage kitchen staff in daily basis.
