As an Associate Engineer on the Structures Engineering Team within Technical Operations, you'll provide critical expertise that keeps Southwest's fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve our Customers. In this role, you'll support specialized aircraft, engine, and component repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting, focusing on structural integrity and component solutions that ensure operational excellence. Your work directly impacts the performance and safety of our aircraft, enabling Southwest to deliver on its promise of friendly, dependable, and low-cost air travel. Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $81,200 per year to $90,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
