Electric Vehicle Program Data Analyst

The Company has a need for additional contractual resources for the program duration (2024-2026) as projects go through various phases of the program and outstanding program development items remain. The specific needs are detailed below in the Project Services and Deliverables section.

Contractor will provide operational program support for the companies SmartCharge Commercial program.

Application & Eligibility Review

The contractor will complete application/eligibility reviews which will consist of:

• Assist and coordinate any discovery meetings for potential participants
• Review applications for completion; verify necessary documents are uploaded and meet program requirements
• Review and confirm eligibility for SCC program offerings
• Complete a programmatic check per application
• Save and upload appropriate documents relevant to each application
• Update and progress applications in Salesforce as needed

Data Analysis and Payment Preparation:

Charging data will be provided by the participants on a monthly basis to receive quarterly incentive payments. The consultant will be expected to perform the following:

• Ensure sufficient data is provided for payment which includes but is not limited to,
• Session and Interval Unique Identification numbers
• Session and/or interval Start and Stop date/time in DD:HH:MM:SS.
• Energy Demand in kWh during session and/or interval duration
• The Peak demand in kW during session and/or interval duration
• The site's time zone
• Charger Outage or uptime.
• Review data and complete incentive calculation checks using program guide.
• Complete payment process check.
• Report on any relevant findings
